NveraFrame Structural System
Load-bearing light gauge steel wall systems, engineered and manufactured to your structural drawings. The system carries what the design requires — typically up to 20
metres, or six to seven storeys, in all-steel construction. Non-combustible, dimensionally stable, and unaffected by moisture, rot or pests. Panels arrive labelled and sequenced by floor, ready to stand.
NveraFrame Panel System
Prefabricated non-load-bearing wall panels for interior partitions and exterior infill. Cut to the drawing on CNC-controlled equipment, so what arrives fits — no site
cutting, no offcut waste, no measuring by hand. Delivered finished and sequenced, which takes framing labour off the critical path and turns a trade dependency into a
delivery date.
NveraFrame Floor System
Engineered floor cassettes and joist systems designed for span and load alongside the structural walls. Drawn from the same model as the frame they sit in, so the floor and
the walls are one coordinated system rather than two trades meeting on site.
NveraFrame Roof System
Roof trusses and framing engineered to the same drawing set. Manufactured to tolerance and delivered ready to lift, with the geometry resolved in the model rather than on the roof.
NveraFrame Building Packages
Complete coordinated packages for single-family, multi-residential and modular manufacturers — walls, floors and roof delivered as one engineered package. Includes conversion of wood-engineered plans to steel, so a project already drawn in timber can move across without being redesigned.
Prefabricated Wall Packages
Non-load-bearing interior and exterior walls for high-rise and concrete-framed buildings, whatever the structure is made of. Panelised, sequenced and delivered to the floor — the same manufacturing discipline applied to buildings where Nvera is not the frame.
NveraStud and NveraTrack Components
Structural stud and track in 33 mil base steel with a 1-5/8 inch flange, G60 galvanised — a load-rated section, not a partition stud. Available in standard lengths or cut to length, direct from our plant to your site. Profiles in 3-5/8, 4, 6 and 8 inch webs.
